Audio-Visual Overdrive for Club RTL
Step right in, to a world where imagination dances with digital creativity, and melodies transform into visual symphonies. In 2012, Club RTL – the celebrated Belgian national channel – underwent a grand rebirth, and Ham & Ham was right there in the heart of the metamorphosis.
Task
With just 100 frames, Ham & Ham set out to capture a world of emotion. Sketches met 3D design, birthing a blend of art and technology that sang a visual harmony. Each frame was a story, each movement a feeling, resulting in a dynamic narrative that truly touched the heart. This wasn't just design - it was emotion in motion
Our canvas? The vibrant and limitless world of color. We dove headfirst into this kaleidoscope, tasked with the challenge of using color as the primary storyteller.
The objective was clear yet exhilarating: to craft visuals that were abstract, upscale, and unapologetically bold, without overwhelming our audience’s senses.
This task was a tightrope walk between creativity and clarity. Each bumper had to be a standalone masterpiece, yet part of a larger, harmonious narrative.
The intros and outros weren’t just bookends; they were integral pieces of this visual puzzle, ensuring a seamless transition in and out of the world we were creating.
